Interested in Updating History?

It has been 46 years since the last comprehensive history of Walpole with its accompanying index was compiled by the Historical Society.  The Board feels it is time to start work on a new one, updating the material in the 1963 edition and adding the happenings of the succeeding years.

We are seeking volunteers who would be interested in being part of this rather daunting project researching, writing, checking facts, indexing, locating and clearing photos, proofing, etc.  It's a long-term project but one that should be undertaken before many more years go by.
